"I am so thankful we found Beth. She was exactly what our teenaged daughter needed to learn how to enjoy food again without fear, and heal from her eating disorder."
"Working with Beth gave me the tools, confidence, and mindset that I needed to break free from endless diet cycles & finally achieve peace with food and my body."
This initial step helps us learn about your (or your child's) medical history, growth, feeding patterns, routines, and goals so we can prepare for your session. By completing our intake in advance, we can make our first meeting as productive as possible.
During your first appointment, we conduct a comprehensive nutrition assessment. This allows us to build upon the information gathered from the paperwork and gain a complete understanding of the nutritional challenges and opportunities.
After the assessment, we work with you to create a tailored plan that fits your lifestyle and family needs. This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. To ensure you feel supported every step of the way, we will recommend a follow-up schedule, which may include weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly appointments.
