Find Peace with Food, for Your Family and for Yourself

Compassionate, evidence-based nutrition counseling to help you end the stress and feel good about food again.

from the start nutrition

A stress-free, nourished life is possible - it starts with food and nutrition, without the pressure of dieting.

Does This Sound Familiar?

The constant worry about food is exhausting. It’s not supposed to be this hard.

The dinner table has become a battleground, leaving both you and your child in tears. You’re exhausted from the standoffs and worried your child isn’t getting the nutrition they need to thrive. Or perhaps you’re tired of the endless cycle of dieting and restriction, feeling at war with your own body, and longing for a peaceful relationship with food. For some, food feels like the enemy. It’s a source of intense fear and anxiety that dictates every decision, making meals a source of dread rather than nourishment.

Whether you are a parent navigating picky eating, an adult tired of diet culture, or a teen or adult recovering from an eating disorder, the emotional weight is immense. It’s a cycle of stress, second-guessing, and shame that isolates you and steals the joy from one of life’s simple pleasures. You’re tired of the conflicting advice and the feeling that you’re getting it all wrong. You just want to feel good about food again. You deserve to.

You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone

Why working with a nutritionist is different than going it alone.

Navigating the endless maze of nutritional advice on your own can be overwhelming and isolating. Whether you're a parent trying to nourish your family, an adult seeking to improve your well-being, or an individual on the path to eating disorder recovery, it’s easy to feel lost. Working with a registered dietitian isn’t about giving up control; it’s about gaining a trusted partner. We help you cut through the noise and provide a clear, evidence-based path forward that is tailored to your unique needs. Instead of throwing spaghetti at the wall and hoping something sticks, you get a personalized strategy, compassionate support, and the accountability you need to make lasting change. You’ve already tried doing it alone. Now, let’s try doing it together.

what my clients are saying

Beth helped me understand that all foods had a place in my diet and that depriving myself of certain items would only make things worse. As time went on, I found myself feeling more relaxed around food and trusting my body’s natural ability to regulate itself.
